Each shipment contains the ordered products, the relative transport document / accompanying invoice; any accompanying documentation required based on the country of dispatch any information and marketing material.

Customer home delivery. The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order. Upon receipt of the goods at your home, we ask you to check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies you will have to have the courier detect and note exactly the same and reject the delivery. Otherwise, the possibility of asserting your rights in this regard will expire.

REFUND AMOUNT
The administrative costs of reimbursement are borne by Fairies Candles Atelier. 
On the contrary, all shipping costs of the product, either by courier or by postal service, are charged to the customer. Instead, you will be fully refunded of the value of the returned products.

REFUND METHOD
Fairies Candles Atelier  operates from the European Union: for this reason all transactions, even in foreign currencies, are converted into Euros following payment by the customer. The currency amount is calculated on the exchange ratio on the day the redemption is made. The risks relating to the exchange are therefore borne by the customer. ATTENTION: Products returned paid are refunded via PayPal refund.

REFUND TIMES
The refund will be processed upon receipt of your return in our warehouse. We inform you that for orders paid by credit card, refunds can take up to 4 weeks to be visible on your statement.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
If the goods received differs substantially from that advertised on the site or does not correspond to the expectations of the customer, the latter can exercise the right of withdrawal within ten days of receiving the product. A necessary condition for the exercise of this right is the substantial integrity of the product and packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a registered letter with return receipt must be sent to:

indicating the manifestation of making use of the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 185/99 of 22 May 1999, implementing the Community Directive 97/07 / EC) and providing:

The number of the invoice received.
The product for which you decide to make use of the right of withdrawal.

Reason for withdrawal.

The company will replace the item / s with goods chosen by the customer of equal value. For alternative solutions, please contact the store staff directly.

In case of return of goods by right of withdrawal, the shipping costs of your return will not be refunded or discounted. In the event that the product is damaged or defective, it is the customer's right to return it for replacement. 
The dispatch of the goods is the responsibility of the customer; the staff will check if the defect complies with the warranty coverage and in case of acceptance the repaired or replaced item will be returned free of charge after contacting the customer.

The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product; the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided; by law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer; furthermore, the costs of delivery to the customer and any other ancillary costs highlighted at the time of placing the order will not be reimbursed; the shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, the seller will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;

Fairies Candles Atelier is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Fairies Candles Atelier will agree with the customer on the possible replacement of the products or their refund which will be made by bank transfer within 14 days from the return.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where the seller ascertains:

the use of the good or opening the original packaging;
the lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);
damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters in Rome, available to the customer for collection at his expense.

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied in the case of customized products upon your explicit request at the time of placing the Order.
