PRIVACY INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE 2016/679 EU REGULATION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The offer and sale of products made on the website www.bibaartstudio.com are governed by these General Conditions of Sale. For any other legal information, consult the sections: Privacy Policy, Returns and Shipping and Right of Withdrawal. The Customer is required, before submitting his purchase order, to carefully read these general conditions of sale. The forwarding of the purchase order implies full knowledge and express acceptance both of the aforementioned general conditions of sale and of what is indicated in the Order Form. Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print and keep these general conditions of sale and the related order form, which have already been viewed and accepted.

Evasion of the Order
By submitting the Order via the Internet, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe these General Conditions of Sale in relations with the Seller.
Once the contract is concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order placed.
Without prejudice to the possibility for the Seller, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request you via e-mail or on the telephone indicated by you, further information with reference to the Order sent by you over the Internet.
The Seller may not process your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, he will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not carried out your Order, specifying the reasons.
If the products presented on the website are no longer available or on sale after sending the Order, it will be the Seller's responsibility to notify you promptly and in any case within thirty (30) working days from the day following that in which you have transmitted your order to the Seller, the possible unavailability of the Products ordered.
Each sale made by the Seller through the online sales service may concern one or more products, with no quantity limit for each item.
The seller reserves the right to refuse orders from a customer with whom there is an ongoing legal dispute relating to a previous order. This applies equally to all cases in which Fairies Candles Atelier deems the customer unsuitable, including, by way of example, the case of previous violations of contract conditions for online purchase on the Site or for any other legitimate reason, especially if the customer has been involved in any kind of fraudulent activity.

Shipping and delivery of products
Each shipment contains:
the products ordered;
the relative transport document / accompanying invoice;
any accompanying documentation required based on the country of dispatch
any information and marketing material.


The delivery of the Products purchased through the website
Customer home delivery
The purchased products will be delivered by the courier identified by the Seller to the shipping address indicated by the Customer on the Order with insured shipping. See the Shipping section for additional information on costs, times and methods of shipping and countries served.
Upon receipt of the goods at your home, we ask you to check the integrity of the packages at the time of delivery by the courier. In case of anomalies you will have to have the courier detect and note exactly the same and reject the delivery. Otherwise, the possibility of asserting your rights in this regard will expire.

Orders are shipped and delivered from Monday to Friday, while delivery times vary depending on the distance of the recipient. In the event that any of the products ordered are not available, our Customer Service will contact you.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail notice of order fulfillment and delivery to the Courier, who will take care of getting the shipment to your address as quickly as possible. Subsequently, you will receive an email from the Courier with the link to track your shipment.


Type of delivery
Delivery to your home: we recommend that you fill in the delivery address details accurately and provide more details or special requests in the notes field. We recommend that you indicate an address where someone is always present for collection. The delivery of the order will be made by the Courier at street level, on working days.
In case of absence, the Courier leaves a notice of passage; if you do not contact the Courier at the telephone number indicated on the notice of passage, after a further 2-3 working days, a new delivery attempt will be made.  If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the shipment will go into storage and you will be contacted by our Customer Service with the aim of providing the Courier with more precise information that may also meet your needs (see storage conditions).
Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check: that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent in advance via e-mail that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or however altered, even in the closing materials (adhesive tape).

 

Storage conditions
If the package is not collected within the established deadlines, it will be sent in storage. From this moment on, all costs will be borne by the recipient. The package will remain in storage for a maximum of ten (10) days. The customer will have to pay the Courier the amount of the storage practices and the return of the package (amount equal to that of the delivery). The Customer may also decide to go and collect the parcel in storage directly at the closest indicated courier office, in doing so he will only have to pay the storage costs. Contact us to release the stock and to agree on the return together. In the event that it is impossible to contact you or even the possible return agreed with our Customer Service is impossible, we will proceed to return the products to our warehouses, without any refund of the order.


Shipping cost
Shipping costs amount to € 8.00 + VAT for shipments in Italy up to 4 kg.
For shipments to the rest of the world the costs will be updated at the time of the order.


Shipping guarantee
The products will be packed with the utmost care and diligence, as our priority is to safeguard their perfect conservation throughout the duration of the trip.

WARNINGS: If you accept the goods delivered by the Courier without any complaint and without reservations, you will not be able in any way to claim any shortages and / or damage due to transport at a later time.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately notified by placing a written control reserve on the courier's proof of delivery. Once the Courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered.
If you receive an open or damaged package, notify the Courier to accept the package with reserve and contact us immediately by email at fairies@bibaartstudio.com or at +39 328 1076224 and our Customer Service will be at your disposal to organize the replacement or refund of non-compliant products.
Any problems concerning the integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.


COURIER SERVICE
Transport is generally entrusted to TNT ITALIA, SDA, GLS, UPS except for special needs (particular locations or special deliveries) in which case we use other Express Couriers, however known and reliable at national and international level.
By registering on the site owned by the Fairies Candles Atelier of Sabina Zingaropoli or by purchasing on the bibaartstudio.com site, the Customer authorizes said company to communicate non-sensitive personal data (residence, telephone number, other) to the Courier and / or trusted freight forwarder used for the delivery of the purchased goods in order to allow the procedure necessary for the delivery of the purchased goods.
